Booking Conditions

The accommodation shall only be used by those persons listed on the booking form. The person making the booking must be over 18.

Terms are weekly in High Season and possession of the Flat / Flatlet may commence from 1.30 pm and up to 10.00 pm on Saturday the day of arrival  and ends no later than 9.30 am on the Saturday of departure. These times are to be adhered to in order that the proprietor can prepare the apartments prior to you taking possession. They may only be varied by arrangement with the Management.

Please complete our booking form and send a minimum deposit of 25%. This deposit is non-refundable in circumstances where the hirer has cause to cancel. The balance is to be paid on arrival. A booking is not valid until you have received our confirmation. We strongly advise you to insure against cancellation.  In the events of cancellation, which must be confirmed in writing, deposits may be forfeit and the hirer will be held responsible for the cost of the accommodation  if it cannot be re-let. A Proposal Form to insure against such situations will be sent with our confirmation of booking.

We do not accept parties of single persons male or female unless accompanied by parents.
Guests at Broadshade are asked to respect the needs of others and refrain from excess noise on the premises or grounds particularly after 10.30 pm..

Pets are accepted by arrangement, other than July and August.

The proprietors cannot be held responsible for any personal loss, damage or injury caused to persons, property or possessions on the property. Car parking is at owner's risk.

The accommodation, together with furniture, fittings and utensils must be kept as found on arrival. The person whose name the accommodation is booked in shall be responsible for any loss or damage during the period of occupation.

In the interest of other guests, please ensure there is no unreasonable amount of noise within the apartment or communal areas between the hours of 11.00 pm and 8.00 am.
In the interests of safety and for the benefit of all, children must not play in the halls, stairs or landings. Ball games are not permitted in the car park.

Any breach of the booking conditions or behaviour detrimental to the enjoyment of other guests, or the proprietor may result in the immediate exclusion of the offenders, and the Proprietor re-taking the possession of the apartment.

All tenants are expected to leave the apartment clean and tidy.

One car parking space is provided for each flat /flatlet.
