By Road: Follow the signs for Torquay A380, at the Kingskerswell Gardens Roundabout T/R, signposted Paignton.
At the 2nd roundabout signposted Preston Down & seafront turn left. Continue onto the seafront. Follow the coast road (B3201) along its entire length signposted Brixham & Totnes, passing Multi Plex and Crazy Golf at the very end at the mini roundabout turn right into Sands Road, the 2nd road on the left immediately before a large church is St Andrews Road. Broadshade is 50 yds up on the left hand side.
